FEES and
INSURANCE
Fees for each session are $110.00 per 50 minute
session; the first assessment session is 1 1/2
hours with the fee of $150.00. Family session is
$135.00.
Sliding scales are available if there is a
financial need. Proof of income needs to be
provided.
Cancellation Policy - There is a 100% session
fee if cancellation is made less then 24 hours
before session. No exceptions.

It is your responsibility to find out
about co-pays, deductibles and number of
sessions per year for your particular insurance
program. If your insurance does not cover it is
your responsibility for making payment.
Branch Counseling accepts only cash or checks in
payment for services.
